The Website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by the IOTA Foundation, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. The Website is offered "as is", and the IOTA Foundation makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Website or its use. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the IOTA Foundation with respect to your use of the Website and supersedes and extinguishes all previous written or oral agreements or understandings in this respect. 

If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute or legal claim resulting from the operation or use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
